Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and client engagement.
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions to meet their objectives, leveraging company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed goals and expectations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
