Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes and systems.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other documentation to support project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Create and present clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify risks and issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and process improvement, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
