Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels, to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per acquisition (CPA), to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape and inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
