Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and align with brand guidelines.
• Develop graphics for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, print materials, and website content.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit images, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements.
• Ensure consistency and quality in design across all marketing channels and materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to support their design needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification may be considered.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to translate creative concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
