Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards financial goals and objectives.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls to mitigate risks and maintain integrity in financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.
• Proven experience in senior finance roles, plus experience in financial management and leadership positions.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards, with a commitment to ensuring compliance and integrity in financial practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.
