Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and monitor progress.
  • Identify project requirements, resources, and dependencies, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones, and track progress against project plans, identifying and addressing issues and risks to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and senior management, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project review meetings, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources, and track project costs against budget allocations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, and implement best practices and process improvements for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, preferably in a related industry or field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information and ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration, accountability, and open communication among project team members.
