Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and track prospecting activities and outcomes using CRM software or sales tools.
  • Engage with prospects through personalized outreach, including emails, phone calls, and social media interactions, to introduce our products or services and uncover their needs and challenges.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities based on predefined criteria, including budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), and set appointments or schedule meetings for sales executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, promotions, and messaging to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement key strategies such as waterfall enrichment
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and provide additional information or resources to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams based on prospect interactions, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively and build rapport over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is preferred.
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejection, and maintaining motivation in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to prospects throughout the sales process.
