Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for sales team members, and monitor performance against targets, providing feedback and performance reviews as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Implement key strategies such as waterfall enrichment
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance indicators, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing, and incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach sales team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment, with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving business success.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges, overcoming obstacles, and driving change to achieve sales objectives and business goals.
