Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEM strategies and tactics to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through paid search advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords, search terms, and audience targeting opportunities for SEM campaigns.
  • Create and optimize search engine marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising networks.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets, including text ads, display ads, and ad extensions, to maximize ad relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad targeting parameters to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in search engine marketing, and incorporate new features and techniques into campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in search engine marketing, with a track record of managing successful SEM campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Expertise in search engine advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative SEM strategies and tactics to achieve marketing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
