Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring brand consistency and quality of content.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy, to engage and captivate our target audience.
  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars, including daily posts, promotions, campaigns, and other initiatives, to maintain a consistent presence and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and use data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and incorporate new features and techniques into social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design teams, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing social media channels and campaigns, with a track record of driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to schedule posts, analyze performance, and track metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
