Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and technical specifications.
• Design user interfaces, layouts, and navigation structures for websites and web applications to optimize user experience and usability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and web development principles.
• Test and debug websites and web applications to identify and fix issues, ensure compatibility across browsers and devices, and optimize performance.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure websites and web applications are accessible and functional across various screen sizes and devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and frameworks to enhance website functionality and deliver additional features and capabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, web development trends, and best practices, and incorporate new tools and techniques into web development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications and additional training are a plus.
• Proven experience as a web developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects and skills.
• Proficiency in web development languages and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), web development tools, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and find effective solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences.
